Access & Downloads
Bought a template and not sure where it went? Here are the fast fixes.
1) Where do I find my download?

Website orders: You’ll receive an email with your download link right after purchase.

Etsy orders: Go to Etsy → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files.
Tip: Search your email for “Team Mom Boutique” and check Promotions/Spam. - Make sure you’re checking the email you used at checkout.
- If you do not see an email double check that the payment was processed. If using Paypal and it says Pending the order has not completed yet and you will receive the links as soon as this is complete.
2) How do I access my Canva template after I purchase?
- After purchase, you’ll download a PDF that contains your Canva template link. Open the PDF, click the button/link inside, and Canva will open the editable design. Then click Use template to start customizing.

1) Do I need Canva Pro?
My templates are built to work in Free Canva.
2) Do I need to create a Canva login?
Yes — Canva requires you to be logged in to use editable templates. This is how Canva saves your design, stores your changes, and lets you access it again later.
3)Can I edit on my phone?
Yes, but desktop/laptop is easiest (especially for resizing, layering, and detailed edits).
Customize Like a Pro
Quick wins to get a professional look fast.
1) Change team colors (the fast way)
Use Canva’s color tools to update the elements without rebuilding the design. If you have Hex codes you can use those but you can also pick the color from an image using the eyedropper tool in the color picker.
Use Change All to to change the same color throughout the template.
2) Add your team logo (without it getting blurry)
Best results come from a PNG with a transparent background.
3) Swap photos (and keep the layout)
Drop in the new photo, then use Crop / Position to fit the frame. If you want to copy the style in my photo click on my photo and then the Paintbrush (copy style tool) and then click on your photo. If you do not have Canva Pro you will need to remove the background in another tool . I recommend Adobe’s background remover tool. Then just upload your images to Canva.
4) Need more than one? Duplicate the page
If you’re making multiple versions, duplicate the page so you can keep the same design and just swap the photo + text each time. If you only need one, you can simply replace the photo/text and download.
Printing Help
Printing + Downloading
1) Do I have to download ALL of the templates at once?
Nope. You can download only the pages you need. In Canva, click Share → Download, choose your file type, then use Select pages to download just a few designs (instead of the whole bundle).
2) What file type should I choose?
It depends on how you’re using the design:
- PDF Print → Best for printing (posters, banners, flyers, signs). Highest quality for print shops.
- PNG → Best for social media and digital use. Great quality and sharp text.
- JPG → Smaller file size (good if you need something quick), but slightly less crisp than PNG.
- MP4 / GIF → Only if your template includes animation and you’re posting a video-style graphic.
3) Best download setting for printing
For most print shops, choose PDF Print for the highest quality.
4) Printing sizes (18×24 / 24×36 / etc.)
Before you download, make sure your Canva design size matches the size listed on the product (so it prints correctly).
5) My print looks blurry
This usually happens when the design is downloaded as PNG/JPG instead of PDF Print, or when a photo/logo being used is low resolution. For sharp prints, use PDF Print and a higher-quality image.

Yes — you can use your purchase to create finished designs for your own team/program.
Can I share the Canva link/template with others?
Please don’t share the editable template link outside your program purchase. If multiple teams or an entire organization needs it, contact me for options.
Can I resell or redistribute the template/files?
No — templates and elements can’t be resold, shared publicly, or re-uploaded as your own products.
