Downloads & Order Help FAQ

Right after checkout, you’ll see an Order received page with a Downloads section at the top. Your product name and download link are listed there – you can click the link to open your PDF or access page right away.

Yes. As soon as your payment is complete, our system automatically emails your order confirmation and download link to the email address you used at checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes.

Email filters can be a little overprotective sometimes. If you don’t see our email in your main inbox after 5–10 minutes:

• Check any folders like Promotions, Updates, or other filtered folders.
• If you use Gmail, also check the All Mail view.
• Search for Team Mom Boutique to see if you can find it that way

Still can’t find it? No worries – email us at becki@teammomboutique.com with your name and order number and we’ll resend your link.

You can download your files as many times as you need for your own use. If you ever lose access or change devices, just return to your order email and click the link again, or reach out to us and we’ll help you get back in.

Occasionally a browser cache or popup setting can cause an issue when opening files.
Try these quick steps:

• Open the download link in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
• Make sure popups are allowed for our site.
• If the link still isn’t working, send us a quick note with your order number.

We want you to be able to use your templates, so we’re always happy to help troubleshoot.

Etsy purchases are managed directly through Etsy. To find those files:

• Log in to your Etsy account.
• Go to Your account → Purchases and reviews.
• Find the order from Team Mom Boutique and click Download Files.
