Season Suite Terms of Service

Welcome to Season Suite by Team Mom Boutique (“Season Suite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Season Suite membership, templates, downloads, tools, community, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) and able to form a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and kept up-to-date.

2) Your Membership & Account

  • Membership access. Season Suite is a paid membership. While your membership is active, you receive access to the included templates, files, community, and tools according to your plan level.

  • Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

  • Plan changes. We may update plan features from time to time. We’ll aim to announce material changes in advance.

3) Billing, Auto-Renewal, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pricing & billing cycle. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing term (monthly or annually) unless canceled.

  • Auto-renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges using your saved payment method until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel future renewals at any time from Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of your current paid term.

  • Refunds. Because Season Suite includes instant access to digital content, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge is an error, contact us within 7 days at becki@teammomboutique.com

  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is updated.

4) License to Use Templates & Content

While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Season Suite templates, designs, downloads, and resources (“Content”) for your own team, program, or organization.

What you can do:

  • Edit templates in Canva (or the stated tool).

  • Download/print finished designs for your team or program.

  • Share produced materials (e.g., printed posters, exported PDFs) with your own team/program.

What you may not do:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates or source files (e.g., Canva links, editable files) with other individuals, teams, schools, or organizations.

  • Claim our designs as your original work or remove/alter copyright notices.

  • Use the Content in any way that competes with us (e.g., selling editable templates, marketplaces).

If your membership ends or is canceled, your license to the Content ends. You must stop using and distributing the editable files. Printed pieces or exported assets already produced for your team may remain in use.

5) Community Guidelines (The Clubhouse)

If your plan includes community access:

  • Be respectful and constructive. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal content.

  • Do not share private or paid materials from the community outside of it.

  • We may moderate, remove content, or suspend/terminate access for violations.

6) Third-Party Tools & Printers

Some assets are built for use with third-party tools (e.g., Canva) and may be subject to their terms. Printing may be fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g., local print shops, Office Depot). We are not responsible for third-party services, turnaround, color variance, or print quality. Always check proofs, sizes, and bleed settings before ordering.

7) Intellectual Property

All Content and the Service are protected by copyright and other IP laws. Except for the limited license above, we retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and Content.

If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.

8) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

  • Copy, distribute, or exploit the templates/source files outside the permitted license.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots).

  • Upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

9) Disclaimers

The Service and Content are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that designs will meet specific fundraising or performance outcomes. You are responsible for proofing content and print settings.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Season Suite by Team Mom Boutique and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new date at the top. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pender County, North Carolina.
