1. Refunds & Returns

• Digital products are non-refundable. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

• If you experience a technical issue with a file (such as download errors or file corruption), please contact us at becki@teammomboutique.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a working file replacement as quickly as possible.

• Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where a duplicate purchase was made or there is a confirmed error on our part.

2. License & Usage

• All digital templates, downloads, and resources are for personal or organizational use only (team, school, program, or nonprofit).

• Files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared beyond the original purchaser’s intended use.

• Modification of templates for your own team or event is permitted, but resale of modified versions is strictly prohibited.

3. General Terms

• Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

• By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Store Policies.
